Our grooming team provides services designed around the individual needs of dogs. We recognize that coat type, grooming history, personality, and comfort level can all influence the grooming experience.
Before your dog’s grooming appointment, please make sure all required vaccinations and health information are current. Let us know about any medical conditions, allergies, behavioral concerns, mobility limitations, or special handling needs when scheduling.
Your dog’s comfort and safety come first. Grooming services may be adjusted based on coat condition, matting, temperament, health, or the amount of time required to safely complete the service. Additional charges may apply when extra coat care or handling is necessary.

Our grooming services are not limited to dogs. We also groom cats and other small animals, providing personalized care based on each pet's needs.
Please provide current health and vaccination information as required and let us know about your cat’s grooming history, temperament, medical conditions, or special handling needs before the appointment.
Cat grooming services are provided based on each cat’s individual comfort level, coat condition, and ability to safely tolerate the grooming process. Services may be modified or discontinued if continuing would cause excessive stress or create a safety concern.
