Dog Boarding in Holmen, WI

Looking for a safe and trusted place for your dog to stay? At Doggie Business, our family-oriented team will treat your pup like one of our own!

Depending on the boarding option you choose, your dog will enjoy daycare fun and socialization during the day, then relax in their kennel during feeding times and overnight. The cost of daycare is included in your boarding stay, so your pup can enjoy a full day of play while you have peace of mind.

How Boarding Works

  • Complete the meet & greet and evaluation: Once your dog has successfully completed these steps, you can call to reserve the dates you would like your dog to stay with us.
  • Prepare for their stay: Bring the appropriate amount of food, any needed medications, and label everything clearly with your dog’s information and instructions.
  • Check your dog’s collar: Make sure your dog has a quick-release buckle collar before arrival.
  • Drop-off: On your scheduled reservation date, bring your dog in for their boarding stay!
  • Pick-up: On the final day of your reservation, pick up your dog and complete payment for their stay.

Boarding Stay Information

  • Boarding day rollover: Please note that our boarding days roll over at 9:00 AM. If your dog is picked up after 9:00 AM on their scheduled departure day, an additional night of boarding will be charged.
  • Daily updates: During your dog’s stay, our team will keep track of important details, including meals and medications. We’ll note whether your dog eats or refuses food and whether medications are given or refused, so you can feel informed while they’re staying with us.

To help keep our boarding and daycare environment safe and comfortable for all dogs, the following requirements must be met:

  • Up-to-date vaccinations: Distemper, Bordetella, and Rabies are required.
  • Spay/neuter policy: Dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered to participate in daycare. If not, they will be eligible for kennel boarding only.
  • Quick-release buckle collar: Required for your dog’s safety during their stay.
  • Healthy and parasite-free: Dogs must be free of internal and external parasites and be in overall good health.
  • Meet & Greet: An in-person meeting to verify paperwork and vaccinations, learn more about your dog, and go over what to expect during their stay.
  • Evaluation Day: A complimentary half-day of play to assess how your dog does in our environment and determine the best fit.
  • Boarding deposit: A one-night boarding deposit is required for each stay booked. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, the deposit becomes nonrefundable.

  • Daily food: Please bring your dog’s daily food portion to help keep them regulated during their stay. A fee will apply if we need to provide food.

We brought our puppy to Doggie business for a board and train and she learned so much and more importantly, the trainers took the time to teach us how to apply the new training skills at home!

We use Doggie Business occasionally when we need boarding. What I like best is that the dogs are free to roam all day. Only locked in kennels from 6pm to 6am.  Most other kennels lock the dogs in for most of their visit.

I have boarded my Olde English bulldogge here and also gone through the obedience training. Training with Abby made such a huge difference for us.  We will be taking our new puppy here for training and will only board here in the future.
